Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pacificrehabconsultants.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Pacific Rehab Consultants ("PRC", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site describes PRC's rehabilitation medicine services for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, provides information about physiatry, lists career opportunities, and offers ways to contact us. It is intended for facility administrators, healthcare professionals and others interested in our services.
No medical advice
The content on the Site, including articles about physiatry and rehabilitation, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified clinician, and does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and PRC or any of our clinicians. Care decisions for any individual patient are made by treating clinicians in the facility setting, not through the Site. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Contact form and scheduling
When you contact us or book a call, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to use those tools only for genuine inquiries about our services or opportunities. The Site is not designed to receive protected health information. Do not submit medical records or other health information about any patient through the Site.
Scheduling is provided through Calendly, a third party service. Your use of Calendly is subject to Calendly's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
Career information
Job postings and career content on the Site are informational. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment or a contract, and any compensation, schedule or benefit information is subject to confirmation in a written agreement. PRC is an equal opportunity employer, and all decisions about engagement are made through our recruiting process, not through the Site.
Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own informational, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
- Use any robot, scraper or other automated means to access the Site or collect content from it.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, page design and the PRC name and marks, are owned by PRC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use PRC's name, logo or marks without our prior written consent.

The Site contains links to websites and services operated by others, including Calendly. Those links are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of any third party site or service, and a link does not mean we endorse it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the content will be accurate, complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRC and its owners, physicians, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRC and its owners, physicians, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PRC about the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
