Andrea Young, D.O.

Dr. Andrea Young is a board certified Family & Integrative Medicine physician and healthcare entrepreneur. She obtained her Doctorate of Osteopathy from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She practices private integrative and functional medicine in NorCal and SoCal. Her decision to join the PRC team came after seeing Dr. Decker’s impeccably communicative care delivery and impressive clinical outcomes at SNFs through PM&R specialist oversight. She understands the need for more guided rehabilitation and patient-centeredness in the facilities but also saw an immense opportunity to offer the quadruple aim with PRC. Working side-by-side with Dr. Decker, she thoughtfully leads PRC people ops and has an obvious passion for improving the work life of healthcare providers.
